Restricted Access to cPanel/Plesk for Exabytes Shared Hosting Service
Currently, access to Admin panel of cPanel and Plesk Shared Hosting is restricted to Indonesian IP addresses only. This measure is implemented to enhance security and prevent unauthorized access.
How to Request Access from Outside Indonesia?
If you need to access cPanel or Plesk from a foreign IP address, please follow these steps:
Send an Email with your primary email registered on our Billing to our support team at: ? support@exabytes.co.id Include the following details:
Your hosting primary domain and username
The IP address you will be using to access cPanel/Plesk (preferably Static IP)
Submit a Support Ticket via https://support.exabytes.co.id/en/support/tickets/new >> Technical Support
Once approved, our team will whitelist your IP.
Important Notes:
Access approval may take up to 24 hours.
Whitelisted IPs are subject to review and may be revoked if suspicious activity is detected.
