How to Setup Outlook Email on Mobile

Setting Email Outlook Mobile :

1. Enable ActiveSync in your email.
2. Open the Outlook App, enter your full email address and click Continue.
3. Select Exchange as your account type.

4.Enter your password and the name for the account (e.g. Exchange) and tap Check to attempt automatic configuration.

5. Enter all settings manually if automatic configuration fails.

After filling in all the fields, tap Check.

• Server: Generally use domainanda.com or mail.namadomain.com. To be sure, please contact your hosting service.
• Domain \ Username: Enter your registered email address in the control panel.

POP/IMAP :

1. Open Outlook, enter your full email address and click Continue

2. Select IMAP as your account type.

   Important: we strongly recommend using the IMAP protocol instead of the POP protocol as the POP protocol is considered outdated and may cause performance issues for your mailbox.

   
   
   
3. Enter the credentials (your email address) and tap Check to use automatic configuration.
   

4. Email Server in IMAP: Enter your email server. To manually specify the server settings, click Advanced settings.

Ports :

• 110 POP3 without SSL
• 143 IMAP without SSL
• 993 IMAP with SSL
• 995 POP3 with SSL

SMTP :

• SMTP dengan SSL 587 
• SMTP tanpa SSL 465 
  

• IMAP Username: your full email address
• IMAP Password: kata sandi email Anda
• SMTP Outgoing Mail Server: Enter your mail server.  
• SMTP Username: your full email address

How to Set Up Additional Emails

If a profile has already been added in Outlook for Android, the Getting Started Guide will not appear. To add additional mailboxes when a profile is already configured in the app:

1. Click the Message Icon
2. Then add Account
3. Proceed with adding a profile using the steps as above

  4. Additional emails will be listed in the left tab in Outlook for Android. To switch between Emails, tap Accounts again and select the required profile
