In this guide we will learn effectively how to use Roundcube webmail feature. Firstable, please log in into your webmail first. Either use webmail.yourdomain or use hostname-server:2096 with https instead.
Create New Folder
You can create a new folder under your inbox folder. Here is how to do it.
Click Settings > Folders > and click Create.
There are some indicators that need to be filled as your criteria.
Don't forget to click Save and subscribe the folder, so whenever you use IMAP it will synchronised.
Setup Signature
If you wish to setup custom signature through your Roundcube webmail, please refer to this guide. Go to Setttings > Identities > choose existing identities > configure the signature section.
Every words you typed under that box will reflected automatically as your signature to others.
Custom Mailbox View
Next how to make a custom for your own mailbox view. By default every page will be read as much as 10 emails per window slide. This will comes a disaster if we have hundreds of email store within your mailbox. However if we can add at least 50 emails or 100 emials per window slide, this will become very handy.
Now go to Settings > Preferences > Mailbox view
And then define which rows per page you desired.
