SMTP Error: Your Account has been locked.

Sympthom

Your email account has been locked because it was identified as either sending spam or being compromised. It occurs while going to send email.


Resolution

Contact our support team support@exabytes.co.id to have the lock lifted. After the account is unlocked, it is strongly recommended to change your email password immediately to secure your account.
