1. Login to your cPanel first.
2. After that, click the Email Deliverability menu as shown below:
after that check whether the status is valid, if it is not valid then click the repair menu...
3. if it still cannot be repaired, then please change the SPF to the following SPF in the dns zone editor add txt:
( v=spf1 a mx include:spf1.maintenis.com ~all )
