To upgrade Plesk from Onyx to Obsidian, you can follow this guide. This guide is only for customers with VPS or Dedicated Server with Plesk only.
- Make sure you can login to Plesk.
- to the Tools & Settings menu (letter) and select Updates & Upgrades
- Then select Install & Upgrade Product
- Select the latest version of Plesk, then Continue
- Then wait for the page to refresh several times
- Make sure before upgrading Plesk, you have done Windows Update first. If not, when upgrading, a message like this will appear
- To avoid unwanted things, make sure you complete the Windows Update + Restart server process first. Only then start the Plesk upgrade process afterwards.
