Here is a guide to setup an IMAP email account in Thunderbird.
- Make sure Thunderbird is installed, if not download it first.
- Go to the 3-line strip menu > New
- Choose an Existing Email Account
- Fill in correctly
- If you have finished filling in, click Continue > Manual Config
- Customize with your email server configuration, and make sure the incoming section is set to IMAP.
- If so, click Done.
