This article will explain the steps on how you can filter out certain keywords in your cPanel Webmail

1. Login to your cPanel by accessing the URL http://cpanel.domainname/ or http://domainname: 2082 / and click the User Level Filtering icon on the main screen of your cPanel view

2. Click [Manage Filters] next to the account you want to add a filter to.

3. To add a filter, click [Create a new Filter].

4. In the Filter Name field type a name for the filter.

5. In the Rules option select Form and matches regex and type the keyword in the text box (e.g. Viagra) and finally in the Actions option, select Deliver to folder and click on Browse and select the folder you want (e.g. Junk).

6. Finally click Create to save the settings.

The Account filtering section is the same as user filtering, the only difference is that the filters created here are generally applied to all cPanel accounts.

For webmail filtering settings, users can create it through Webmail, click on [Email Filtering] and refer back to steps number 2 - 6.
