Important Notice: One Account for One NPWP Number According to the Latest Tax Regulations

Dear Exabytes Customers,

In connection with the implementation of the latest tax reporting system (CoreTax) by the Directorate General of Taxes, we would like to inform you that each Exabytes account can now only use one NPWP number — for both Corporate and Individual Taxpayers. This policy aims to ensure that the tax invoice issuance process runs automatically and aligns with the registered NPWP data.

Here are some important things to note:

1.  If you currently use multiple NPWP numbers in one account, please separate and re-manage your accounts so that each account only has one NPWP number.
2.  New accounts for additional NPWPs must be created no later than June 16, 2025.
3.  If a new account has not been created by June 16, 2025, invoices and tax invoices will be processed using the default NPWP recorded on the account.
4.  This step is important to ensure that your tax invoices are automatically processed through the CoreTax system and match the NPWP listed in your account and on the invoice.
5. To create a new account, you can:

• Send an email to billing@exabytes.co.id with your active email address and a scanned copy of your Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), or
• Fill out the following form: New Account Creation (for multiple NPWPs):
