- Log in to the Exabytes Customer Area: Open the following link: https://billing.exabytes.co.id/login/ Enter your Exabytes main account email address and password.
- Access the User Management Menu: After successfully logging in, look at the top right corner of the page. Click on your name (usually followed by a down arrow icon). From the dropdown menu that appears, select User Management.
- Find the Contact Sub-Account: On the User Management page, you will see a list of contact sub-accounts connected to your main account. Find the contact sub-account whose permissions you want to change. You may need to scroll the page or use the search feature if there are many sub-accounts.
- Edit Sub-Account Permissions: Once you find the correct sub-account, look at the same row. Click on the pencil icon, which is usually located to the right of the sub-account details. This icon indicates the "Edit" option.

Here, you will see a list of various permissions that can be granted to this sub-account (for example, permission to view invoices, open support tickets, manage certain services, etc.). Check the box next to the permissions you want to grant to the sub-account. Uncheck the box next to the permissions you want to revoke from the sub-account.
- Save Changes: After you have finished changing the permissions according to your preferences, find the "Save" button. Click the button to save the changes you have made.
After you save the changes, the permissions of the contact sub-account you selected will be updated according to the new settings. The sub-account will now only have access and capabilities according to the permissions you have granted.
