"Auto-Renew" function in Billing System

What does Auto-Renew mean in the billing system?

Our Auto-Renew function ensures that an invoice is generated and sent to you 45 days before your domain expires.

Should I check "Auto-Renew"?

When Auto-Renew is checked, you can avoid losing your domain as a renewal invoice will be automatically generated and sent to you 45 days before the domain expires. However, you must make a manual payment before your domain will be renewed by our system.

When Auto-Renew is unchecked, no renewal invoice will be automatically generated. You should mark your calendar so that you don't forget your domain's expiration date. This may become very inconvenient when you have multiple domains with different expiration dates.

Can I keep Auto-Renew ticked?

Yes, you can. However, when your domain is not set for auto-renewal, no new invoices will be generated and sent to you, your domain will expire and be deleted without your knowledge.

How do I check Auto-Renew?

This can be done by logging into the Customer portal area here and looking at the right side of your domain details page. When the "Disable Auto Renew" button is checked, the billing system will check each existing invoice.
