How to Setup Email in EBiz 13, CPanel 13, WP 13, and Ebiz Mail Pro

The security of email transactions is very important, especially emails that will be used for business transactions. There are currently 2 types of email communication configurations:

A. Email Configuration using Non-SSL

B. Configuration using SSL This type of configuration is an email configuration that applies Encryption. When our outlook communicates with the server, the data sent / received by the server will be encrypted data and cannot be read easily. So if our email username and password data goes through the internet, it will not be easy to read or decrypt. Therefore, we recommend this type of configuration.

Here is the email configuration that you can use at this time:
A. Non-SSL
Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 143 (IMAP) atau 110 (POP3)
Username: email-address
Password: email-password
 Encryption / Security : None / Disable

Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 25 atau 587
Username: email-address
Password: email-password
 Encryption / Security : None / Disable

B. SSL
Incoming Server: <hostname your server>
Port: 993 (IMAP) atau 995 (POP3)
Username: email-address
Password: email-password
 Encryption / Security : SSL

Outgoing Server: <hostname your server>
Port: 465
Username: email-address
Password: email-password
 Encryption / Security : SSL

To view your domain hostname, please follow these steps:

1. Open a command prompt from your computer

2. Then type

nslookup mail.yourdomain.com

3. Then the bottom line (Address) will find the IP. After that, do nslookup once again

nslookup 202.157.187.224

Then your domain hostname is nc131.idcloudhosting.cloud. Please enter it into the configuration above.
