How to create an email account on Android Smartphone
1. Locate the email app/mail icon on your smartphone.
2. After that, enter your email account and password, then select "Manual Setup".
3. The Email option will give you the choice to setup with POP3, IMAP or Microsoft Exchange ActivSync. IMAP is highly recommended, which gives users access to synchronize & view their emails on multiple devices.
4. For the login server settings, hover down the screenshot as an example.
Username: user@domain.com Your email should be
Password: your email password
IMAP/POP3 Server: mail.domain.com domain.com Your domain name
Safety type: None
Server Port: 143 (IMAP) / 110 (POP3)
Then select Next.
5. For outgoing server settings, please see the screenshot below as an example.
Username: user@domain.com your email address
Password: your email password
SMTP server: mail.domain.com where domain.com should be replaced with your domain name
Safety type: None
Server Port: 587
Then select Next.
6. For Account Options, you select preferable settings or ignore as default.
7. The last step is to enter your name, it will display in the email you sent, after that select "Done" to complete the setting.
