Fetch emails using Gmail

If you have multiple email accounts, you can check them all in Gmail. Gmail's Email Fetcher feature first imports all your old messages into Gmail and then continues to include new messages sent to your other accounts. You can add up to 5 accounts, including Gmail and other email providers.

1. Open your Gmail account.

2. Click on the Gir/Gear logo on the top right.

3. Select Settings

4. Pilih Account and Import

5. In the Check email from another account (using POP3) section, click Add a POP3 email account that you own.

6. Enter the full email address of the other account, and then click Next Step.

7. Enter User Name (Full Email Address), Password, POP Server (mail.domain.com) and Port: 110

8. Now you have several options to choose from. Here are the settings we recommend:

* Leave a copy of retrieved messages on the server - Check the box. Otherwise, the emails in your other accounts will be deleted and you can only access them in Gmail.

* Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail - Uncheck the option as referring to our Exabytes server

* Label incoming messages - Check the box if you want to easily see which emails in the inbox are from this account.

* Archive incoming messages - Do not check. Check only if you do not want to see new messages from other accounts in your inbox.

9. Click Add Account. If you get an error message while setting up, click the Show error details link to find out more about what's not working.

10. Once your account has been successfully added, you will be asked if you want to be able to send emails as this address. This allows you to compose messages in Gmail, but make them appear to be sent from your other email account.

If you no longer want to receive emails from your other accounts in Gmail, follow these instructions:

1. Open the Gmail account you want to import your email into.

2. Click on the Gear logo on the top right.

3. Select Settings

4. Select Account and Import

5. Find the Check email from another account (using POP3) section.

6. Click delete next to the account you want to stop receiving emails.

Remember that any emails you received previously will remain in Gmail until you delete them.
