- Login Outlook > go to File Menu > then click Add Account .
Enter [email protected] in the email field (not [email protected]). Click Advanced options, select Let me set up my account manually, and then click Connect.
Click Google .
Enter your IdentiKey password and click Connect.
You may get a popup asking for your password again, if so click Cancel.
Click Change Account Settings.
Enter the following server information:
- Incoming Server: imap.gmail.com
- Port of Entry: 993
- Inbound Encryption Method: SSL/TLS
- Outgoing Server: smtp.gmail.com
- Port of Exit: 465
- Outbound Encryption Method: SSL/TLS
Click Next.
- If prompted, re-enter your IdentiKey password and click Connect.
Enter your [email protected] address in the email field (not [email protected]), then click Next.
Enter your IdentiKey password, then click Sign In.
- If prompted, review the permissions and click Allow.

13. Uncheck both boxes and click Done.
14 Click File, open the Account Settings dropdown, and then click Account Settings.

15. Click to select your account registered as [email protected], and then click Change.

- Change your Account Name and Reply Address to your [email protected] email address.
- Set up your Organization if desired.
- Uncheck Do not save copies of sent items
- Click Next then Finish then Close.

17. Close and reopen Outlook; your email has been configured and messages will start synchronizing.
