Complaint How to Whitelist IPs Blocked by Microsoft (Livemail, Hotmail, Outlook)

If sending an email to (live.com, hotmail.com, outlook.com) fails and gets an email / bounceback notification as follows:

1. Website access delete outlook IP list

Opening URL https://sender.office.com/

Then enter the required data details on the web page such as the Public IP of the mail server used and the email address you are currently using for verification of the delist process.


2. fill in the IP delisting form

If the required data has been filled in and the captcha requested has been filled in, you can submit for this IP whitelisting process.



3. Verify your Email

The next step is to verify the email sent by Microsoft to the email account that was previously filled in.



If you have verified, you can immediately delist by pressing "Delist IP Address" on the page that opens automatically.



4. Hasil request delisting

If you have delisted, it will appear as follows, and you can wait and try again to try sending email to Microsoft (live.com, hotmail.com, outlook.com)
