Open-Xchange webmail access
Click on the Calendar tab
Click on the button next to Calendar
Click on the Export button and proceed to export the Calendar as iCalendar format (.ics)
This will export the Calendar as an export.ics file
Log out and re-log in to webmail again, now select Horde webmail
Click on the Calendar tab
Create a new Calendar under My Calendars that needs to import the exported Calendar file.
Click on the Pencil button next to the Calendar name and select the Import tab.
Select the export file and click the Save button
