Forgot Password request in Billing Exabytes

1 ) Login to Billing system:

Customer Indonesia :

2 ) Click tp Forgot Password :

3 ) A site will appear asking you to enter your Email Address that you registered with Exabytes Indonesia Billing System.

4 ) After filling in the email and submitting it, the following display will appear:

5 ) Please check the link to reset your password from us to the email address you entered.

6 ) After you open the link that we send to reset the password to the email address that you have entered, the following display will appear:

7 ) Fill in the new password and confirm your password, then click "Save Changes". After successfully saving, please try to Log In again.

If you are still unable to Log In, please contact our Support. For additional verification, you will need to attach the following information:
