There are some reasons why Telkom IP got blocked by our server :
Dynamic IP
Telkom uses a dynamic IP system, meaning that many users share the same public IP. If one user abuses the IP, for example by sending spam, all IPs can be affected and blacklisted.
Malware Attack
Computers infected with malware can be used to send spam or carry out cyber attacks. If a user in the Telkom network is infected, the Telkom IP can be reported and blocked.
Lack of Monitoring and Response
Telkom may be slow in responding to reports of abuse or may not have an effective system to prevent suspicious activity, so the problem continues to recur.
Automatically Blacklisted
Some RBL services use an automated system that blocks IP if it detects suspicious activity, such as very large email volumes or unusual access patterns.
