Domains that can be Transferred
All domains in Exabytes Indonesia can be transferred from outside providers to us or vice versa. The only requirement is to authenticate ownership of the domain itself. The term commonly referred to is an EPP code.
Where do I get the EPP code?
You can get this EPP code from our billing department. The most recommended way is to send an email to billing@exabytes.co.id by writing the subject Request EPP Code for domain.com and in the body of the email you can fill in the information why you want the EPP code. Replace domain.com with your own domain.
Make sure no one knows the EPP code. Because anyone who has the EPP code can authorize domain transfers.
Duration of Domain Transfer Process
The domain transfer process varies depending on the previous or subsequent domain registrar. It usually takes between 7-14 business days. Keep in mind, Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.
