1. Login to the Exabytes Client Area
Open in your browser: https://billing.exabytes.co.id/clientarea.php
2. Enter your Username & Password
3. Click on My Services Menu
The menu is under Services > My Services
4. Click the Active Button
Click Active on your Grow Package.
5. Select "Select Renewal Time"
Click "Select Renewal Time" to extend the plan according to the renewal year you want (if you want to extend the plan for more than 1 year).
6. Click "Extend Service for 1 Year"
If you want to extend the plan for 1 year. An invoice will be generated.
7. Click Invoice
Click the link of the newly created invoice by the system.
8. Choose Payment Method
Select your preferred Payment Method.
9. Payment Validation
Your Grow Package payment will be processed by our Billing Team within 1 working day maximum.
