Our billing system has a feature where a "Security question" or security setting is required to increase security when you apply to reset your billing password.
Following are the steps required to set Security Questions
1) Login to our billing system
For Indonesian customers: https://billing.exabytes.co.id/clientarea.php
2) Click on "Edit Account Details" located on the right side of your site window.
3) Click on the "Security Settings" option
4) Please select the question in the Security Question that you want, answer it in the box provided, then click "Save Changes"
