For you Exabytes users, if you want to point the domain you ordered at Exabytes to Tokotalk. You must configure the DNS either through the client area or through the hosting panel that you ordered.
The following we provide how to custome domain to Tokotalk through the client area, please follow these steps:
Setup on Tokotalk Dashboard
Please follow the setup method on the Tokotalk Dashboard below:
Login to the Tokotalk admin page.
Then click Online Store, then click Domain & SEO
Then on the Custome Domain menu, please click the Connect Existing Domain menu as shown below
After that you fill in your domain then click the Add menu
Then click Apply
Your domain has been successfully applied, then you must configure your DNS through your client area https://billing.exabytes.co.id/clientarea.php
Set up DNS Record Configuration via Client Area
Please login to your Client Area first
Then click the Domains menu> Manage DNS> Add New Zone if you have clicked the menu then you appear as follows:
Then create an A Record by clicking the Add Record menu right between the Search column and the DNSSEC Menu, fill in the conditions for creating an A Record as follows:
TTL = 14400
Record Type = A
IP Address = 13.251.214.150
after you fill in as shown above, you click the green Add Record menu.
Next, create a CNAME, just like before you first click the Add Record menu again which is right between the Search column and the DNSSEC Menu, fill in the conditions for creating a CNAME as follows:
Domain = www
TTL = 14400
Record Type = CNAME
Hostname = tokotalk-lb.tokotalk.com
Make sure your Nameserver is as shown below

If you have done all the steps above. Then you just have to wait for your DNS propagation process, the estimate for propagation is 2x24 hours depending on the connection you are using.
