Document Upload For All Domain Extensions (.id) For SRS-X registrars

If you have purchased a Domain with extensions such as (.sch.id, .my.id, .biz.id, .ac.id, .ponpes.id, .co.id, .web.id, .or.id, .id) Then you are required to prepare the following documents:



.id Valid ID card  / Passport
.co.id1.  Valid ID card  / Passport
2. Company NPWP / SIUP / TDP / AKTA / equivalent license.

.my.id
.web.id
.biz.id
 Valid ID card 
.or.id

1. Notarial Deed or Certificate from the organization concerned

2. Valid ID card of the Republic of Indonesia

3. Statement letter (if the name does not match the name of the organization) 4.


.ac.id

1. Decree of Establishment of the Institution from the authorized Ministry/Institution in accordance with the Laws and Regulations.

2. Certificate of Rector or Head of Institution

3. Valid ID card of the Republic of Indonesia


.sch.id

1. Decree of Establishment of the Institution from the relevant Ministry or SKPD

2. Certificate of Principal or Head of Institution

3. Valid ID card of the Principal or Head of Institution


.ponpes.id

1. Reference Letter from Head of Institution or Head of Boarding School

2. Valid ID card of the Republic of Indonesia

You can also upload the document through our Customer Area as an example of the following steps


1. Login to our Customer Area at the following link: https://billing.exabytes.co.id/clientarea.php


2. Select "Domains" >> "My Domain"


3. Select the Domain that you want to upload the document by clicking the domain registration date


4. Select the green button option "Upload"





5. You will be redirected to a new tab for document upload with the following display





6. Upload documents by clicking the "+" button



7. Click "Choose File" and retrieve the document from your computer, give the document a name in the "Document Name" option and click "Upload Document".




8. If all documents have been uploaded successfully, then the next step is to wait for verification from PANDI, you will be notified if your document is accepted or rejected by the Registrar.




**Notes: Documents are attempted not to exceed the maximum data limit, documents must be original and can be accounted for.
