The way you can deactivate WordPress plugins in cPanel is through the WordPress Toolkits feature. Here are the steps:

1. Login to cPanel.
2. Click the menu WordPress Toolkits.
3. On the WordPress toolkits page, you will see a list of websites that we installed with WordPress CMS. For those who have installed WordPress toolkits but there is no list of websites, please click the Scan button first.
   For those who already have a WordPress installation result, please click the Plugin menu as shown below:

4. In the Plugin menu, please change the status of the plugin you want to disable as shown in the image.
