Backup Policy
The server will be fully backed up at night, between 00-03.00 WIB every day with incremental backup type.
Restore Policy
For the restore policy, you can directly request via our email at support [at] exabytes.co.id anytime, by including :
Restored date
Files/folders that you want to restore
Email Notification
