Guide to adding users in Windows Server.
Login to your Windows server first
Open Server Manager > Tools > Computer Management
Than open “Local Users and Groups” > Users
To add a user, right-click > new user
Then fill in the details of the new user you want as below. Please always use a "strong pattern" password which is a combination of letters, numbers, symbols, and uppercase letters.
If you want to force the new user to set a new password, then please check "User must change password...." as shown above.
If not, then do not check
Finish.
