Taking backups is essential for your WordPress. Apart from the cPanel shared backups from Exabytes Indonesia, there are times when you'll need to keep your own backups for urgent purposes.
Backup From cPanel
To backup from cPanel, we can use the full backup feature. In the cPanel menu, use the Backup Wizard menu to backup the hosting.
After that, click Backup. Wait for it to finish. Then you can click download.
Backup from WordPress
There are two backup methods for WordPress. There's the backup plugin, and then there's the xml export. The easiest way is to export xml.
After logging into your WordPress, click Tools > Export. Then select All Content.
Then Download Export File. Save the xml file regularly.
