Here is how to reset the password for your SolusVM.
- Open portal SolusVM first.
- Then click Forgot Password.
- Then enter Username of your SolusVM.
To find out the username of your SolusVM, please send an email to our support with your Linux VPS IP.
In addition, the username of SolusVM follows the account on the Exabytes billing portal. This means that when you have 2 Linux VPSs using the same email account, both Linux VPSs use the same SolusVM login username.
