If your server experiences BSOD or Blue Screen Of Dead, then there are several things that need to be considered:
- Is there a latest windows update installed
- Is there any software that you have recently installed that has incompatible drivers?
- Driver failure that causes windows to not load normally
- There is a disk failure and requires fsck
- There is a windows update that has failed installation
From the various points above, if you experience BSOD or Blue Screen Of Dead then we recommend escalating to our support team immediately.
