For Windows Server speed with HyperV virtualization technology by default we have set 100 Mbps port speed shared. The speed whether local Indonesia or international is mixed (mixed) 100 Mbps port shared.
If the speed on international connections is not up to 100 Mbps this is normal, because it depends on the peer connection from and to the connection between peers and the destination server ISP.
