For you Windows VPS users, you can use the OS Reinstall / Reinstall operating system feature independently. You can do it yourself. First, make sure you have SolusVM login access.
The solusvm portal can be accessed here : Portal Solusvm
To get a username and password, please request to support by sending an email to support@exabytes.co.id via the primary email registered previously. Keep in mind that the username and password for Solusvm are different from your customer area username and password.
1. If you have obtained a username and password, you can immediately log in using the data provided. Make sure not to get the wrong password / username more than 3x. Because you can get blocked.
After successfully logging in, there will be information from your Windows VPS on the main screen after login. To reinstall, please go to the Control menu on the same page, then click Reinstall.
2. If you have multiple VPSs, choose the appropriate one.
3. Scroll down and you will see the "Reinstall" option. Click Reinstall.
4. You will see many options. Select the operating system you want to install. For example, if you want to install CentOS 7, select it.
5. Scroll down to the end of the page and click the "Reinstall" button. A confirmation window will open. click "Yes".
It will display a message that the installation can take up to 10 minutes and also display the admin/root password. Copy the password in notepad as you will need it to access your VPS user account later.
Hope this helps and Thank you.
