DNS propagation usually takes between 1-24 hours to complete. But there are several things that can be done to speed up the process. One of them is to Clear DNS Cache for those of you who use the Windows operating system.
First Method: Clear Cache
Make sure you run the cmd prompt which can be accessed from :
Search> cmd or Start> cmd
Then type: ipconfig /flushdns
Example below:
Then press Enter to process the query.
In some cases, some computers / laptops require Administrator privileges to run the command. Make sure you check with your local IT team first for Administrator access.
Second way: Restart Router & Computer
This next method is the easiest way, because you only need to restart the hardware. Such as a computer, modem or router. Usually, this method is more effective than the first method given.
The restart process through a computer / laptop by way of :
Start > Restart / Reboot > yes
As for restarting a modem / router of the same type by turning it ON / OFF only.
