Sent emails not showing up in My SmarterMail Sent Items?

This issue occurs when you do not have the "Enable Sent Items Folder" option enabled in your webmail account.


1. To enable this option login to your webmail account.


2. Click the menu option Settings -> My Settings.


3. Next select the Compose tab, then check the checkbox for the "Enable Sent Items" Folder option.

4. Save.


       

Notes: Sent Items folder will appear after the message has been sent
