Please see below how to add Trusted Sender (Email or Domain) in SmarterMail.
1. Login to the web view as an administrator via the URL: mail.yourdomainname.com and administrator username and password.
2. Click Setting icon >Domain Settings > Users
3. Click New to add a new email/domain
4. Enter your email address or domain
5. Click Save to save the settings.
