1. Login to Ebiz Mail Pro/Smartermail via the following address:
https://idsmtpXX.idcloudhosting.com
or
http://mail.domain.com
2. Click the Domain Settings icon > Accounts > Users tab > Click New
3. Enter all the required email account information and click Save.
4. After saving, please try whether the new user can log in or not.
Notes: Only email administrators have the right to create email accounts. If you would like to have administrator rights for your email account, please send us a ticket using your primary email address, so that we can enable domain administrator access for your email account.
