Function and Purpose of Support PIN
The function of the Support PIN is a combination of numbers and letters that are only owned by the account owner (Client Area) which can be said to be unique. Support PIN aims to increase the security of the account owner.
The PIN is needed if you ask for help to the Customer Support Team via Livechat, or telephone. as a guide you can follow the steps as follows:
How to create a Support PIN
1) Login to your Client Area here
2) Find the Support PIN area in the upper left corner.
3) Click Generate New PIN (Generate New PIN ) if you don't have a PIN yet.
4) This will show your current PIN. Save it!
5) Provide the PIN to the Staff handling your conversation for verification purposes.
