You may want to have an email address, or even an entire domain blocked from delivering emails to your inbox in SmarterMail.
1. Login to your SmarterMail (webmail.[domain].com)
2. On the left side of the site, click Settings
3. Open the Filtering menu and click Content Filtering
4. Click New to create a new rule
5. Under Address, check the From specific Address or From specific domains checkbox, then click Next located near the top of the page.
6. Enter the email or domain you want to block into the text field, then click
7. Name this rule using a descriptive name, and check the options you want to apply.
8. then click Save
