Here is a guide to reset email in Smartermail or Bizmailpro. In this guide, you must first enter the admin account email or postmaster account.
For Bizmailpro account users, the admin account can be seen through the email sent by our system during the first registration. The admin account is an email account username@email.
As for VPS or Dedicated Server users, the admin account uses the username admin or uses the email account username@email.
- Login to webmail.
- Enter a username with your email admin privileges.
- Select Domain Settings (at the top)
- Find the username that you want to change the password > click the account
- On the action menu (three dots) > Change password
- Enter your new password
- Use a password guide of letters, numbers and symbols. You can check password generator.
