Open your web browser and navigate to Biz Mail Pro server address. An information has been sent into your email, which server you should use or login to.
Once logged in, go to Domain Settings and navigate to Domain Settings.
Pay attention how much you users you can create. You may contact our Account Manager if you need more email accounts / Upgrade.
Click New to create new account.
Input which username you desire as well the password. However, due to security reasons, there are some conditions where you have to create the password. Minimal 12 characters including upper case, lower case, alpha, numerics as well special characters.
You can also put a force password reset at the next login for particular user by tick it.
Continue to click Save to proceed. And done finished create an email account.
