Set Destination Email Routing on Spam Expert

Basically, the concept of our Spam Expert is to be a firewall for your email. In other words, traffic from incoming emails will first be filtered by our Spam Expert server, and then forwarded to your destination email.

For the first time setup, there are a few things that must be considered. That is, make sure your destination email is set correctly. How to check?

1. Login to your Spam Expert.

2. In the Management section, click Manage Routes.

3. In this section you must check the mail server IP or hostname of your mail server again. By default the port on email is 25.

4. If you think it is wrong and want to delete it, then just click Delete. Make sure there is at least 1 valid mail server IP or hostname in the route section.

5. If you want to add a new one, in the Add a route section enter the hostname and port (usually 25), then click Add.

6. Make sure that the intended email route only has 1 list. Do not more than 1 except on the same mail server.
