Notes: Please note that Office 365 has been replaced with Microsoft 365 but the functionality remains the same.
1. Access to Microsoft 365 admin center
2. Click Assign Products to assign product licenses to your own user account and to other users in your organization. Then all your applications will appear here.
3. To set a product license, Select User Name and click Edit for Product License.
4. Select the location where this person will use the product. Turn On products for the user and Save.
If you have purchased licenses for more than 1 user, go to the Users > Active Users screen. Click Add a user.
and assign product licenses to additional users.
