Sendgrid Error “Your Account is Under Review”

Thank you for faithfully using Exabytes Indonesia's services.

For customers who currently subscribe to Sendgrid and when logging in get an error as below:

Your Account is Under Review

This happens because Sendgrid detects suspicious activity and sendgrid finally suspends your sendgrid account. This is done in order to prevent misuse of sendgrid accounts for unauthorized actions such as spamming, abuse, spoofing, and so on.


If you experience this error, there are several steps you can take:


1) Check your email whether there is a Notification sent by Sendgrid or not.


2) If not, then please contact us via:

3) Later you will usually be asked to fill in a few questions related to the activities carried out on Sendgrid


4) Once filled, we will submit it to Sendgrid and they will review it first.


5) Usually after that it will immediately reactivate your sendgrid account.
