Contact Sendgrid Support

For those of you who have subscribed to the Sendgrid package, then you will have the opportunity to be able to contact Sendgrid Support directly without going through the intermediary of Support Exabytes. By contacting Sendgrid Support directly, it will make it easier for you to solve problems and shorten the problem escalation time.

Sendgrid support can be contacted through several channels such as:- Live Chat
- Phone

- Ticket/Email

Here are the steps to contact Sendgrid Support.

1. Login to the following Portal using your Sendgrid Login Credentials. The login button is on the top right corner.

2. After logging in, you can click Contact Support

3. Then type in the problem you are experiencing, but only in outline. For example: "Can not send email campaign" After that click Continue

4. Then some articles will appear. Then just keep scrolling down and you will find the option to contact Sendgrid Support. Our advice is that you can use the option for Live Chat.

5. You will then be asked to fill in some details such as name, problem, etc.

6. Finally you will be connected to Sendgrid Support and you can communicate there regarding the problems you are experiencing.
