1. Please login to https://IPAddress:8443 or https://hostname:8443 with
Plesk Admin login details from the Product Welcome Email that we have provided.
2. Click "Websites and Domains" in the navigation on the left side of the page.
3. The page will now display all existing domains, subdomains, and sites.
Select the domain for which you want to change the FTP account password.
Click on your domain or click "show more" to expand more operations.
4. Click "FTP Access" to proceed to the next page.
5. A list of FTP accounts will be displayed. Now you just need to check the FTP account
that you want to delete.
6. A window will pop up asking for confirmation to remove FTP.
Click "yes" and the FTP account will be successfully deleted.
Remember once deleted it cannot be recovered.
