Regarding email credits in Sendgrid, as informed on the official sendgrid page:https://docs.sendgrid.com/ui/account-and-settings/billing
For sendgrid email credits will be recycled at the beginning of each month on the 1st at 15:01 WIB (00:01 PST -8). In other words, these email credits do not follow the billing cycle of the subscription date but follow the provisions of sendgrid above.
