Manage Your Server on Acronis

This guide will help you how to manage your server on Acronis. Make sure you have your own login Acronis. If you don't have one, please ask our support to create it for you.

Once you logged in, you will see a dashboard that has some information related your server which is related to protection status.

Manage Your Server

To manage your server, you can click Devices below. And then you will see list of your servers that connected to Acronis backup server cloud.

There are some information you can understand from this kind of information for example :

  1. Type = means your server type, whether it is VM (Virtual Machine) or Dedicated.
  2. Name = name of your machine hostname.
  3. Account = username and name of your account details.
  4. Cyberfit Score = this feature only available in Windows servers.
  5. Status = your status whether it is connected to Acronis Cyber Backup Cloud or not.
  6. Source = source of details.
  7. Last backup = date showing your last successful backup attempt.

Protection Status

You can click your machine VM and then at the right side will pop-up some menu. Go to Actions > Protect. Then you will see details of your protection status there.

Check Backup List

If you wish to see your successful backup list go to Actions > Recovery.

You will see list of backups (quantity) as well option delete all.

Remove Particular Backup Point

You can also remove unused backup or particular backup point that you don't need. Simply go to one of your list backup, just click left choose Actions Delete. This will remove one backup point you choose.

Restore a File or Folders

In order to restore a file on your own, choose one of backup point you need to recover. Go to Recover and choose file/folders. Locate which file or folder you wish to restore. In this point, you need at least have a basic Linux file structure, you you can ask our support to assist restore on your behalf.

For example you managed to find the file you wish to restore. Then click one time, a pop up message will appear at the right side. Then you choose Recover. In this session, you can restore either 1 single file or 1 folder.

Details of your VM Machine

You can also check your VM (Virtual Machine) details from this menu. It contains so many information if your server. Such are IP address, disk storage cloud, Acronis agent version, RAM server, operating system, and many more.

Check Activity

You can also check your VM activity from this menu below.

Incoming Alerts

If there is something like alert coming in into your account, or something that will triggers like malware or such, the notification will coming in. And alerts will be notified.
