We inform you that all domains have a recurring billing cycle every year. This means that if your domain is approaching its expiration date, our billing system will automatically create an invoice to your primary email address.
1) You will receive an email for your domain Payment Reminder at the following email address:

billing@exabytes.co.id
2) Domain Reminder will be sent at 60 days, 30 days, 15 days and 1 day before the domain expiration date.

When a .com/.net/.org/.info domain expires, it goes through the following cycle:
30 days renewal period --> 30 days redemption period --> 5 days pending for deletion
If you do not renew or restore the domain, it will be released for public re-registration approximately 75 days from the domain expiration date. Please note that re-registration domains are served on a first-come, first-served basis.
