1. Open SELFCARE MYNIC Portal
2. You can click "Forgot username".
(a) Enter your Domain name, Email address, and perform a Security Challenge.
Notes: If you have forgotten your Email Address, you can contact your domain reseller. Domain reseller details can be
checked through the WHOIS Checker.
(b) Next, click the "Retrieve Username" button.
(c) Your username will be sent to you via your domain contact email address.
Notes: If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
(d) In your email, you will receive an email stating your username and domain role.
3. If your registered email address is invalid and you wish to change it, please send an email to customercare@mynic.my for assistance.
