Name server modifications can be made by either the Technical Contact or the Administrative Contact of the domain name.
Notes: Technical Contacts/Administrative Contacts must register their mobile number to proceed with name server modifications as it requires 2FA (Second Factor Authentication).
1. Go to MYNIC Selfcare portal HERE
2. Enter your login details and click "Login".
Notes: If you have lost your Username or Password, please click on the "Forgot Username" and "Forgot Password" links to retrieve them.

3. Modify the name server module to add, change and/or delete name servers with the following conditions:
Change name server - to change the new name server information
Add name servers - only allowed for six (6) name servers
Delete name server - possible if there are more than two(2) name servers in total.
Notes: If the domain name and name server domain name are identical, IPv4/IPv6 information is required.
4. Enter your domain name in the "Search" field, and click "Manage" for the domain of your choice. Click the Nameserver menu to modify the name server.
5. Modification module name server di bawah Technical Contact account.ns2
Step 1: Select the name server you want to change by clicking on the pencil icon.ns3
Step 2: Enter your new name server in the given field and click the NEXT button to continue.
Step 3: The confirmation page for changing the name server is displayed. Click the ADD button to confirm.ns5
*Notes: If the new name server entered is identical to the domain name, the IPv4/IPv6 fields below will be available and IPv4 is required.
Example of identical name servers:
Nama domain – dev-cchosting.com.my. Name Server – ns1. dev-cchosting.com.my
Step 4: The message 'Name Server has been successfully updated' will appear.
Step 5: The new changed name server is displayed on the dashboard. Click the SAVE button to complete the process.
Step 6: The TAC form will appear. Select the registered mobile number to receive the TAC number via SMS.
*Note:
1. a) TAC SMS is only required once per session. It will expire upon logout.
Step 7: You will receive a TAC via SMS from MYNIC. Enter the TAC number and click the CONTINUE button.
Step 8: A pop up message 'Details updated successfully' will be received.ns11
Step 9: An email notification will be sent to your email. You can also view the new name server in MYNIC Whois.
Notes: Your domain name will be propagated with the new name server within the next one hour of modification.
5 (b). Add a name server
Step 1: Click the Add button on the right side.
Step 2: Enter the new name server in the given field and click the NEXT button to continue.nsb2
Step 3: Click the ADD button to confirm the changesnsb3
Example of identical name servers:
Nama domain – dev-cchosting.com.my. Name Server – ns1. dev-cchosting.com.my
Step 4: The new changed name server is displayed on the dashboard. Click the SAVE button to complete the process.
Step 5: The TAC form will appear. Select the registered mobile number to receive the TAC number via SMS.
Important note:

Step 6: You will receive a TAC via SMS from MYNIC. Enter the TAC number and click the CONTINUE button.

Step 8: An email notification will be sent to your email. You can also view the new name server in MYNIC Whois.

5 (c). Deleted name server
The delete icon is available for name server records with more than two (2) name servers.
Step 1: Select the name server you want to delete by clicking the delete icon.
Step 2: The message 'Name Server deleted successfully' appears. The updated Name server record is displayed on the dashboard. Click the save button to complete the process.
Step 3: The TAC form will appear. Follow the same steps in section 5b from Step 5 onwards.
